Participation by a sponsor, partner, employer, venue, or other organization in a Company event or program does not confer any right to receive attendee or member personal information.

The Company may disclose aggregated or de-identified information, including attendance totals, industry representation, geographic representation, survey results, and economic-impact information, provided such information does not reasonably identify an individual.
